Welcome to NWF Learning and Development, a resource for learning that provides access to knowledge, skills, and tools to make you even more successful in your work.

NWF University

NWF University offers self-paced, self-study on-line courses to help you to learn skills that will build your career and advance the Common Agenda for Wildlife. Courses offered on NWF University are free of charge. You will need to login to access the course catalog using your email for your username and your password (set at learn1234 until you change it.) If you take a course and submit a one paragraph review, you'll get a Ranger Rick gift subscription.

  • Relationship Management and Teamwork
  • Managing and Developing

You may browse the entire LINGOs catalog at your leisure and enroll in courses that align with your personal and professional goals. If you do not already have an account for this site, email learning@nwf.org to receive your username and password. Please note that your standard NWF username and password won’t work for this account.

When you find a course you would like to complete, click “Enroll”. Please enroll only in courses you are committed to completing, and no more than three courses at a time, as the National Wildlife Federation is charged between $3 and $8 for each course.

Once you have enrolled in a course, you can begin that course immediately. And if you find a course that you absolutely love, that you think should be listed as a priority course, please share your recommendation at learning@nwf.org.
